Frequently Asked Questions

On this page we have listed some of the more common questions we are asked by our visitors and customers. Hopefully you will find the answer to your query here but if not please feel free to contact us via our Contact form.

Please note our new charges below for deliveries to Alicante and Murcia airports.

For deliveries to Alicante airport: €15,00 per delivery/collection is charged (ie €30,00 in total).

For deliveries to San Javier (Murcia) airport: a flat rate of €15,00 is charged.

How do I place an order?
We would prefer that you place your order using our online form to ensure that we capture all the information we need to give you an accurate quote. You may place your order by telephone but please make sure you have all relevant information to hand. Final confirmation will be made by telephone or email along with payment and delivery arrangements. Any last minute changes should be made by telephone as soon as possible. All 4 Kids Hire will finalise delivery specifics as the date of your arrival nears. We recommend that you reserve as early as possible for holidays and summer travel. We will always try to accommodate last-minute plans.

Where do you deliver to and what are your delivery charges?
We currently deliver along the coast between Alicante and Cartagena as well as inland between these points. If you are not sure that your holiday destination is covered please enquire before placing your order. For our delivery charges please see our Delivery page.

Do you deliver to Alicante airport?
Yes, we deliver to both Alicante (El Altet) and Murcia (San Javier) airports. For deliveries to Alicante airport: €15,00 per delivery/collection is charged (ie €30,00 in total). For deliveries to San Javier (Murcia) airport: a flat rate of €15,00 is charged.

What is your cancellation policy?
Whilst we understand that plans can change for a variety of reasons, all orders cancelled within 48 hours of a delivery date will incur a charge equal to 50% of the original order. All other cancellations will incur a small administration fee of €5,00.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals or multiples of the same item?
Yes! Please contact us about discounts for multiples of the same item and for long-term rentals.

Do you sell any other types of baby food?
Yes we do! We can supply most leading brands of baby goods. Please order as early as possible however in order to guarantee delivery, although we will always try and accommodate last minute requests.

What about safety and cleanliness?
We believe that the safety of your children is of the utmost importance. We understand that you only want to use good quality equipment that is in pristine condition. All of our equipment is purchased new from leading brand named manufacturers. It is sanitised and checked for safety after and prior to each hire.

How do I pay you?
Payment can be made either by credit card or cash at the time of delivery (please advise how you will be making payment at the time of ordering).

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a refundable security deposit of €50,00 against the value of the equipment you are hiring. This deposit must be paid either before or at the time of cdelievry. Cash deposits will be refunded at the time of collection of the hire items assuming no loss or damage has occurred and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If you pay by credit card the refund will be made within ten working days from the end of your hire.

Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes, our minimum hire period is 7 nights. If you wish to hire items for less than a this you will be charged the appropriate weekly rate.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order is €25,00.

Do you assemble the cots on delivery or is that left to us?
We assemble the cots on delivery and take them apart again on collection leaving you to concentrate on more important things.

We are thinking of arranging an airport delivery/collection - what is the process for meeting up and exchanging hire items?
If an airport delivery is requested we arrange to meet you in the airport Arrivals lounge and, once we have determined where your hire car is, the hire items are brought to you. Collection is usually made from the same location at an agreed time when you return the hire car.

Can I just order consumables?
Sorry but we only supply consumables with equipment hire orders.
