Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for hire equipment and/or consumables from All 4 Kids Hire you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

Minimum Hire Period
Our minimum hire period is one week. If you wish to hire items for less than a week you will be charged the appropriate weekly rate.

Payment Method
Our preferred method of payment is either by bank transfer or credit/debit card once your booking is confirmed. Alternatively, and by prior arrangement only, we can take cash at the time of delivery.

Our Equipment
All equipment is supplied in prestige condition and is checked for damage and wear and tear prior to each hire. We choose our equipment with comfort, safety and ease of use in mind. The original manufacturer's instruction leaflets are provided with all equipment however we will demonstrate how to use all items at the time of delivery. Items in our product range are subject to change without prior notice. Product colours may vary from those illustrated. Products will be supplied with batteries where appropriate however we cannot guarantee battery life. Customers are requested to renew exhausted batteries if required.

If during your hire you find it difficult to erect or dismantle a piece of equipment, please be gentle. If you need to use brute force it is probably because you are doing something wrong. Please, stop and read the instructions again, if you still have a problem call us; we can normally sort it out over the telephone.

Broken or Damaged Items
If in the unlikely event any goods are found to be broken or damaged please inform us immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Please do not try to repair any item without prior authorisation from All 4 Kids. Any items damaged or broken during the hire period will be charged for at the replacement cost.

Accidents/Injuries
All 4 Kids accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries caused by improper use of hire items. If you are not sure how to use an item of equipment you have hired from us please ask, we are only too happy to help.

Car Seats
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that any car seats hired are the correct fit for the age and weight of the child and that it will fit the vehicle(s) that it is going to be used in. Please ask us for advice if you are not sure, we are happy to demonstrate how to fit our car seats correctly in your car - our staff have been trained by Britax, the leading UK car seat manufacturer.

Extended Hire
If you wish to extend your hire please give as much notice as possible. Extended hires will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Collection/Return
All items must be returned clean and in full working order to the agreed collection point on the date and at the time specified in your hire contract unless specifically arranged otherwise. If you need to extend your hire period or change the collection point or time of collection /return please contact us at least 24hrs BEFORE the current agreed end time of the initial hire period. Failure to give 24hrs notice will incur a charge of 20€.
Please give buggy wheels a clean and wipe down highchairs. It is not necessary to wash cot linen or car seat covers as this is included in your hire charge, although we would appreciate you emptying any sand out. Equipment found to be in need of extensive cleaning will incur an appropriate cleaning charge.

Cancellations
Whilst All 4 Kids Hire understands things can change, all orders cancelled within 48 hours of a delivery date will incur a charge equal to 50% of the original order. All other cancellations will incur a small administration fee of €5,00.

Equipment Deposit
If a deposit is requested it must be paid (by cash or debit/credit card) at the time of booking or on commencement of the hire agreement. Such sum shall be returnable at the end of the agreement if the item hired is returned in substantially the same condition as when hired out BUT all or part of this sum may be forfeited if the item returned is not in the same good state and condition as at the commencement of the hire period or all conditions have not been met.

Vouchers
If you have an All 4Kids Hire voucher please mention this when you place your order. Vouchers issued by All 4 Kids Hire have no cash value. If the total value of your order is less than the value of your voucher no cash difference will be payable. A voucher can only be used for a single booking and cannot be split into smaller denominations. Unless your voucher specifically states otherwise it can only be used for equipment hire and cannot be used against the purchase of consumable goods.
